Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at RIMS Transport, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and assistance. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation as a leader in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

- Ensure that all orders and order information/required details are received and inputted in an organized and efficient manner
- Providing general support for the operations team
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Identifying and resolving any inconsistencies with the order information

Requirements





- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the transportation industry.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with TMW Software
- Excellent administrative and data entry skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- High attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
