Job Description – UX/UI Senior/Lead - AI Assisted

Overview
We are looking for a UX/UI Senior/Lead - AI Assisted to drive the design strategy and execution of digital products. This role combines hands-on design work with team leadership, ensuring high-quality user experiences aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers.
- Define and drive UX/UI strategy, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process (research, wireframes, prototypes, UI).
- Ensure consistency through design systems and guidelines.
- Advocate for user-centered design and usability improvements.
- Review and provide feedback on design deliverables.

Required Qualifications





- Proven experience as a UX/UI Senior Designer with AI tools (Claude Design, Figma AI, etc).
- Robust portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design skills.
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Solid understanding of user research, usability, and interaction design.
- Experience leading UI/UX projects and/or mentoring design teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including face-to-face direct communication with clients.

Nice to Have

- Experience working in agile environments.
- Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Experience with design systems at scale.
