NOW HIRING: SNOW PLOW OPERATORS

Locations: Dawson Creek, Mile 22, Progress, Chetwynd, Tumbler Ridge, Honeymoon Creek, Mount Lemoray

We are looking for reliable and experienced Snow Plow Operators to join our winter maintenance team. If you take pride in safe, efficient work and are comfortable operating heavy equipment in challenging winter conditions, we want to hear from you!

Position: Snow Plow Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snow plow trucks and other winter maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
- Plow and clear snow from highways, roads, shoulders, and other designated areas
- Apply sand, salt, and other winter road maintenance materials as required
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate records and report equipment issues or road conditions
- Work safely in changing weather, traffic, and road conditions
- Follow all company safety procedures and traffic control requirements
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach when working around the public

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Valid Class 3 BC Driver's License or higher — REQUIRED
- Clean and acceptable driver's abstract
- Previous snow plowing, winter road maintenance,



or heavy equipment operating experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during winter events
- Ability to work outdoors in cold, snow, and other winter weather conditions
