We are currently seeking a motivated and student-focused Education Sales Representative to join our growing team and help drive enrollment growth.

Position Overview

The Education Sales Representative will play a key role in connecting prospective students with the right courses, guiding them through the admissions process, and supporting enrollment growth. This role requires a balance of consultative sales skills, empathy, strong communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to student inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms
- Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and guide students through the application and enrollment process
- Maintain a strong understanding of course offerings, schedules, tuition, and available funding options
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to improve lead quality and enrollment conversion
- Participate in online and in-person information sessions, career fairs,



and promotional events
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the student enrollment journey

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, admissions, or a related field (education industry experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with prospective students and provide personalized support
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset (Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc.)
- Passionate about education and helping others achieve their career goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
