Server

FICOA is looking for a passionate and motivated Server to join our team.

At FICOA, we believe hospitality is about more than serving food, it is about creating a connection. Our restaurant celebrates Latin American cuisine, culture, memories, and the stories behind the food, brought together through a modern and thoughtful approach.

As a small and close-knit restaurant, our Server position is naturally a multi-faceted role. While your primary responsibility is providing exceptional table service, the position also includes supporting the host and bar areas when needed. These responsibilities are part of how we work together as a small team and allow us to create a seamless experience for our guests.

We are looking for someone who is confident, curious, attentive, and passionate about hospitality and Latin American culture. Someone who enjoys learning about food and beverages, connecting with guests,



and contributing to a team where everyone plays an important role.
