Job Summary

The Fleet & Compliance Coordinator will provide administrative and compliance support for our fleet and transportation operations. This position will work closely with our Safety, Operations, and Maintenance teams to ensure equipment and required documentation are properly maintained and up to date.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with deadlines, and enjoys working in a busy transportation environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records for trucks, trailers, and other equipment
- Monitor vehicle registrations, inspections, permits, licenses, insurance and required documentation
- Assist with transportation regulatory compliance requirements
- Maintain maintenance and inspection documentation
- Work closely with the Shop to track equipment inspections, deficiencies, and required documentation
- Assist with internal fleet and compliance audits
- Review and maintain daily inspection reports and related documentation
- Track outstanding compliance items and follow up with drivers and supervisors
- Assist with incident and accident documentation when required




- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets related to fleet and compliance
- Support the HSE/Safety department with various administrative and compliance tasks
- Stay organized and ensure deadlines and regulatory requirements are met
- Perform other administrative duties as required

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in transportation, trucking, fleet administration, safety, or compliance is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
