About Us

Western Automotive Service and Sales is a trusted, family-owned auto repair facility dedicated to quality service, honest communication, and customer safety. We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Advisor / Office Assistant to join our team and serve as the friendly face of our shop.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Customer Service: Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, answer phone calls, and schedule service appointments.
- ​Service Coordination: Translate customer complaints into clear repair orders for technicians; present estimates and explain recommended repairs or maintenance to clients.
- ​Office Administration: Process payments, manage invoicing, order auto parts, and maintain accurate records using our shop management software.
- ​Shop Support: Keep the front office/waiting area clean, organize customer files, and follow up with clients after service completion.

​Qualifications & Skills





- ​Excellent verbal and written communication skills(English) with strong customer service instincts.
- ​Robust multi-tasking abilities and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- ​Basic computer literacy (experience with shop software like Mitchell 1, Shop-Ware, or Tekmetric is a plus).
- ​Basic knowledge of automotive systems/maintenance is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- ​Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
