We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Live Stream Producer to lead the production of live sports webcasts, ensuring engaging, high-quality broadcasts that captivate viewers. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of live streaming events, coordinate technical operations, and collaborate with production teams to deliver seamless and professional webcasts. Duties
- Plan and coordinate live webcast productions from pre-event setup through post-event wrap-up, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage live camera feeds, audio, graphics, and video switching during broadcasts to maintain high production standards.
- Collaborate with commentators, technical staff, and external partners to ensure all elements are synchronized and meet broadcast specifications.
- Oversee the operation of streaming platforms and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain detailed production logs, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation for each webcast.
Experience
- Previous live production experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong familiarity with streaming platforms and live broadcast equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of camera and video equipment

- Interest in sports broadcasting or live television
