Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Order Pickers/Packers to join our 3PL Logistics' customer's team in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately picked and packed and prepared for shipment.

This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to lift 20lbs to 30lbs boxes ofvarious products, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the packing process.

Duties

- Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Work in a high volume pick environment
- Ability to utilize a pump truck is an asset
- Utilizing RF Scanners to pick orders - ZEBRA experience is an asset
- Using a cart to put the picked the products on to prepare for packing and shipping
- Maintain an organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or similar roles is preferred.




- Experience with order picking
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow packing instructions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A commitment to safety practices within a warehouse environment is required.
