Syncro Security Inc. is seeking professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Tactical Security Guards to join our team at a Mall Plaza in London, Ontario.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle security situations professionally. Previous security experience is an asset.

Regular Schedule

- Monday & Sunday – Overnight Shifts: 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Continental shifts
- Full-time and Part-time position with potential for additional shifts based on operational requirements

Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor plaza access control.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property and surrounding areas.
- Monitor garbage and service areas and prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing or entering garbage enclosures.
- Monitor the premises and maintain a secure and secure environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents and emergencies.
- Complete detailed and accurate incident reports.
- Assist with maintaining a safe environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service when interacting with visitors, tenants, and members of the public.




- Follow all site-specific procedures, post orders, and company policies.

Requirements

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Use of Force certification required.
- Reliable personal vehicle required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong common sense and sound judgment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Previous security experience is an asset.
- Candidates who live near the site are strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for guards who are reliable, alert, professional, and comfortable engaging with the public. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, exercise good judgment, and maintain a professional presence throughout their shift.
