Major Duties and Responsibilities

- Modify, repair, install, maintain, improve and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the Tenneco PM Program.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems and provide solutions for repair on weld and robotic cells, laser weld cells, and tube bending equipment.
- Experience with moving machinery, welding and fabrication
- Experience operating forklifts skyjacks, and genie booms.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by a supervisor. .
- Completes assigned paperwork as required, for example, labor reporting, preventative maintenance, and work order forms.
- Ensure full compliance with all OHSA requirements, plant safety rules and Tenneco requirements.

Requirements

- Valid Provincial Journeyman’s Maintenance Mechanic License (433A)
- Ability to work in a unionized environment.
- Possess all tools common to the trade.
- Ability to work a 3-shift rotation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Industrial setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41.00-$46.00 per hour
