Reach Truck & Counterbalance Forklift Operator

Location: Guelph, ON

Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

We are currently hiring an experienced Reach Truck & Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team in Guelph, Ontario. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused warehouse professional with proven forklift experience.

Responsibilities

- Operate both Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Unload incoming trucks and shipments.
- Put away pallets and skids into high racking.
- Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience operating both Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts.
- Valid forklift certification is required.
- Experience working with high-rack storage.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic.
