ALDERON INC. IS HIRING — LANDSCAPE LEAD HAND

Alderon Inc. is looking for a reliable, experienced Lead Hand to join our growing landscaping and excavation team in Edmonton.

We’re looking for someone who can take responsibility for a jobsite, work alongside the crew, and keep projects moving without constant supervision.

What we’re looking for:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Landscaping and grading experience an asset
- Experience leading or supervising a small crew
- Comfortable operating small equipment and using hand/power tools
- Able to read grades and understand proper drainage
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Physically capable of working outdoors and performing labour when required

Typical work includes:





- Yard grading and regrading
- Drainage and weeping-tile repairs
- Window wells
- Sod and landscaping
- Excavation and material removal
- Concrete removal and site preparation
- General residential property improvements

This is a working Lead Hand position. You’ll be expected to lead by example, operate equipment when required, and work with the crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.

Full time position
Edmonton & surrounding area

Pay will be based on experience.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
