Circles & Squares Bakery Cafe is looking for a leader to join our cafe team! This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing business and team, as well as one of Toronto's most iconic bakeries!

Our ideal candidate LOVES coffee and pastries, has 4+ years in a managerial role, is positive, solution-focused, loves teaching and sharing knowledge.

We are hiring for our DAVISVILLE location.

Responsibilities:

- Oversees the day-to-day operations of a high volume cafe with a goal to run at optimum efficiency

- Creating the best customer service possible, hospitality it what we do!

- Maintain a safe and healthy work setting

- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot for items including technology (POS/WIFi outage etc)

- Manage coffee & drink program (familiar with coffee equipment, recipes, ingredients)

- Hiring, training, leading of cafe FOH team

- Scheduling

- Ordering

- Admin tasks

- Other duties as required
