The Charlotte Bakery (opening this Fall 2026) is seeking Back of House Bakery/Kitchen Team Members to assist with food preparation, bakery support, and kitchen operations.
We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a team environment and are passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
Position Details

- Wage: $19–$23/hour

- Weekend availability required as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist with baking, food and café preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery and kitchen areas
- Support café operations and service flow
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with Front and Back of House teams
Qualifications
- Passion for baking, hospitality and food service
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and team-oriented
