Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, finishing, and repairing concrete surfaces on various construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure durable, smooth, and visually appealing concrete installations that meet project specifications and safety standards.

Duties

- Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools, power tools, and trowels to achieve desired textures and finishes
- Set forms and molds accurately according to blueprints, schematics, or project plans for proper concrete placement
- Install rebar reinforcement and coordinate with carpentry teams for formwork assembly
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, screeds, and power trowels to facilitate efficient concrete finishing processes
- Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project requirements and ensure precise execution of concrete work
- Perform restoration tasks including crack repair, surface leveling,



and sealing to maintain structural integrity
- Assist with masonry, drywall installation, caulking, flooring installation, welding, and other related renovation activities as needed

Requirements

- Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete finishing or related trades
- Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures
- Skilled in rebar installation, masonry work, and concrete forming techniques
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in a construction setting
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution
- Experience with drywall installation, caulking, flooring installation, welding, or renovation is a plus
- Capable of performing heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in finishing tasks

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
