Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Vape Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and sales, and the ability to engage customers through product and upselling techniques.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations
- Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products, and store policies
- Keep the sales floor organized and ensure a clean, welcoming environment




- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Demonstrate effective time management to balance multiple customer interactions efficiently

Requirements

- Previous experience in Vape sales.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Ability to work well within a team environment while also demonstrating independence when needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
