Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with precision and flair.
- Assist in food preparation and food handling, ensuring all items meet safety and quality standards.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and dining space.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at shift end.




- Follow food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
