What You’ll Be Doing:

- Writing clear, accurate quotes and estimates
- Advising customers on repairs and maintenance
- Booking and managing appointments efficiently
- Answering phones and handling front-of-house operations




- Upselling work the right way (no pressure tactics — just honesty and value)
- Running everything through AutoLeap

What You Need:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (dealership experience is a big plus)
- Experience with AutoLeap is a must
- Strong sales ability — you know how to close work
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to handle a busy shop without getting overwhelmed
