Compensation & Perks

- Base Rate: $35.00 / hour
- Commission: 10% commission on all training packages sold
- Bonuses based on monthly total sales

What You’ll Do

- Co-Build the Department: Partner closely with the Gym Manager to drive personal training engagement, lead consultations, and elevate floor energy.
- Assess & Design: Perform fitness assessments and design tailored, goal-oriented workout programs for diverse clientele.
- Coach & Retain: Provide top-tier 1-on-1 coaching, ensuring proper technique, progress tracking, and outstanding client experience.
- Build Community: Foster strong, positive relationships with members to create an inspiring gym culture.

Requirements

- Recognized Personal Training Certification (e.g., Canfitpro, NASM, CSEP, ACE) and valid CPR/First Aid.
- Passion for building strong client relationships within a supportive team setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Positive energy, initiative, and a true passion for coaching.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
