Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and standards
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure guest satisfaction from order to delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities

Skills





- Experience in food preparation and food service environments, preferably in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Basic math skills for cash transactions, measuring ingredients, and inventory management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
