Duties

- Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook menu items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food plating and presentation to enhance visual appeal and customer satisfaction
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes to guests

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service support
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Experience with serving guests or supporting front-of-house operations is a plus
- Passion for culinary arts with a desire to learn and grow within the food service industry

Pay: $17.60-$22.60 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 43.0 per week
