Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and the ability to operate various equipment safely. Responsibilities

- Accurately pick orders based on customer requests using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of products, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare items for shipping by packing them securely and labeling them correctly.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy and assist with restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.

Requirements





- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or order picking and RF scanner experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) consistently throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with clamp trucks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or overtime during peak periods.
