Your Role:

- Lead and inspire a high-performing store team, fostering a culture of excellence, style, and service.
- Develop and execute exclusive luxury client experiences, including cocktail-style events, VIP shopping evenings, and personalized wardrobe consultations.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, creating memorable moments that reflect the sophistication and elegance of the Melanie Lyne brand.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales, monitor performance, and implement strategies that ensure the store exceeds targets.
- Oversee daily operations, including merchandising, staffing, inventory management, and maintaining a polished, luxurious store setting.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Melanie Lyne with professionalism,



style, and refinement.
