About Us: We are a evolving, family-owned unionized sandblasting and painting company based in North Industrial Regina, Saskatchewan. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and versatile Office Manager to help lead our operations into our digital era while keeping the office running smoothly and support growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform bodywork, metal preparation, repairs, and finishing on industrial equipment and components.
- Repair dents, damage, rusted areas, seams, and other surface imperfections.
- Grind, sand, fill, and prepare surfaces for sandblasting and painting.
- Perform minor fabrication and metal repairs as required.
- Remove and replace damaged or defective components when necessary.
- Ensure surfaces are properly prepared and meet company quality standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and other shop equipment safely.
- Work closely with sandblasters and painters to ensure proper preparation and coating results.
- Inspect completed work and identify areas requiring additional preparation or repair.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable workplace regulations.
- Assist with general shop duties and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous industrial bodywork, automotive bodywork, fabrication, or related experience is an asset.
- Experience working with steel and other metals.




- Ability to operate grinders, sanders, drills, and other power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and understand basic measurements and work instructions.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, climbing, and working in various positions.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
- Safety tickets or industrial experience are considered an asset.

Working Conditions

- Work is performed in an industrial shop and, when required, at customer job sites.
- Exposure to dust, noise, fumes, chemicals, and industrial equipment.
- Proper PPE must be worn at all times as required.
- Some overtime, travel, or extended hours may be required depending on project demands.
