We are hiring a hardworking, dependable Yard Maintenance & Landscape Crew Member for the 2026 season. This role includes all aspects of yard care and small landscape projects throughout Blind Bay, Sorrento, Eagle Bay, and the Tappen area. No experience is required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Mowing, trimming, pruning, and general yard care
- Spring and fall clean-ups
- Fertilizing and weed control
- Assisting with landscape projects
- Safe operation of power tools and equipment
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements
- Steel-toed boots, PPE, and weather-appropriate clothing
- Reliable transportation to our Tappen location
- Class 5 driver’s licence preferred
- No experience required
- Dependable, safety-conscious,
and willing to learn
- Experience with power tools or yard work is an asset
Compensation
- $20.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
- $50 Hiring Bonus
- $200 Retention Bonus after 6 months
- $25 Performance Bonus
