Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a busy medicine distribution facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is a 2-month contract opportunity supporting the day-to-day movement, organization, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming pharmaceutical products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
- Ensure products are handled and stored according to company procedures.
- Verify quantities, product information, and shipping documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as required.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and secure warehouse environment.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and pharmaceutical handling procedures.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.




- Work collaboratively with warehouse and distribution team members.
- Complete other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or order-picking experience is an asset.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution environment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move boxes/products as required.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
