Summit Search Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our client's team as a Journeyman Sheet Metal HVAC Installer in Regina. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled tradesperson looking to build a long-term career with a well-established mechanical contractor that values quality workmanship, continuous learning, and employee development.

Working across commercial, institutional, and light industrial environments, the successful candidate will install, service, and maintain a variety of HVAC and mechanical systems while collaborating with an experienced team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and sheet metal systems.
- Install and commission rooftop units (RTUs), make-up air units (MUAs), furnaces, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings.
- Perform equipment start-ups, repairs, retrofits, and renovations.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards and company expectations.
- Work collaboratively with experienced tradespeople to deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

- Journeyperson Sheet Metal or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic (HVAC) certification.




- Experience installing and servicing commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
