Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Support bank reconciliations and account analysis to verify accuracy of financial data
- Maintain and update accounting records using software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, or other accounting platforms
- Prepare journal entries, assist with month-end closing activities, and support audit preparations
- Help with payroll processing and related documentation to ensure compliance with payroll regulations




- Conduct account reconciliation tasks regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members on budgeting exercises and financial reporting tasks to support organizational goals

Experience

- Prior experience or internship in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred but not required; strong willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of corporate finance principles including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Knowledge of auditing processes and financial services practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
