Production Staff —

Reports To: Head Brewer / Production Manager

About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Staff member to join our brewery team. You'll be involved in every stage of getting beer from the tank to the customer's hands — from packaging and kegging to cleaning, quality checks, and general cellar work. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants broad, hands-on experience across the full production process.

What You'll Do

- Operate and assist with canning/bottling line equipment during packaging runs
- Fill, clean, and maintain kegs (including racking, purging, and quality checks)
- Perform CIP (clean-in-place) and manual cleaning of tanks, lines, and equipment
- Assist with transfers, filtering, and carbonation as needed
- Monitor packaging quality — checking fill levels, seals, seams, and labeling
- Load, unload, and organize kegs, cases, and pallets in the warehouse/cold storage
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-safety protocols




- Support general brewery upkeep and other production tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with the brewing team to keep production schedules on track

What We're Looking For

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment (wet floors, cold rooms, varying temperatures)
- Strong attention to detail, especially around quality and sanitation
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a small team
- Prior brewery, food/beverage production, or warehouse experience a plus (not required)
- Forklift experience a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, weekends, or evenings as production demands

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
