Alliance Physio is an established interdisciplinary clinic (over 15 years) offering a range of rehabilitative services including: physiotherapy, chiropractic, sports medicine doctors, osteopath, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, clinical pilates, exercise conditioning, and medical products. Our health practitioners work together with an integrated, team based approach, and are committed to providing both the highest caliber care and exceptional customer service to our valued patients in a warm, relaxing, safe and welcoming environment. Alliance Physio is a Physiotherapist owned clinic, and caseload management is important for all practitioners at Alliance.

We are looking for a motivated Physiotherapist to work either:

- Wednesday 12-7:30 pm , Fridays 10-6 pm, and Saturdays 9-1 pm

or

- Tuesdays 9 - 5 pm, Thursdays 9-5 pm, and Saturdays 9 -1 pm.

1 hour initial assessments, and 30 minute follow-ups. Physiotherapists work independently.

We also offer Clinical Pilates training as we do one-on-one clinical Pilates in clinic with the use of a reformer.

Practitioner will also receive $1000 annual education allowance.

We offer a competitive fee split.



Practitoner has the option of starting at an hourly wage for the first 3 months to build up their caseload.

Caseload consists of 90% EHC, 5% WSIB, 5% MVA.

Responsibilities:

· Perform manual therapy and prescribe exercise programs

· Prescribe and supervise rehabilitation exercises and work hardening programs

· Coach patients in safe work techniques and proactive life changes

· Perform functional ability assessments

· Electronic documentation of results of the assessments

· Write letters and reports

· Keep clinical (SOAP) notes

Qualifications:

- In good standing with the College

- Up to date Skilled Liability Insurance

- An understanding of billing procedures and insurance claims (not necessary but an asset)

- Excellent communication and patient rapport

- Strong self-management and excellent organizational skills

- The ability to function autonomously and multitask
