We are seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Boyer Chevrolet Buick GMC Ajax, part of the Boyer Auto Group, a family-owned business serving the community for over 40 years. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and assist with diagnosing and completing repairs as needed.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of vehicle systems, technology, and repair procedures.
- Use dealership systems and available resources to estimate repair times and provide updates on repair progress when needed.
- Communicate with the Service Consultant and Parts Department regarding required parts, additional work, or questions about a work order.
- Follow established procedures and manufacturer guidelines when completing repairs and services.
- Maintain familiarity with the shop, equipment, and special tools available for various repairs.
- Accurately record completed repairs, required parts, and labour on work orders.
- Note and communicate any additional vehicle concerns identified during servicing.

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proven experience as an auto technician with a background in diagnostics and repairs.




- Previous experience with General Motors vehicles is an asset but is not required.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
