As a Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver at Trail Tire Supply, you’ll assist with the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, shipping tires and delivering tire orders accurately and on schedule. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and Storing Goods: Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments. Safely and efficiently store and organize tires according to size, type, and brand in designated warehouse areas. Picking and Packing: Utilize order lists and equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to pick items from shelves and pack them for shipping, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Shipping: Prepare outgoing shipments, verify orders, and select appropriate shipping methods. Load and unload trucks as needed while maintaining proper documentation.

Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Ensure aisles and work areas are free from hazards and comply with safety regulations.

Safety: Follow all safety guideline and operational procedures

Delivery & Transportation:

 Safely operate company vehicle (van, box truck, or CDL truck)

 Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules

 Ensure on-time delivery to auto shops, dealerships, and fleet customers





 Comply with all DOT and local traffic regulations

 Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Loading & Unloading

 Load tires onto delivery vehicle according to route sequence

 Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage

 Safely unload tires at customer locations

 Lift and move tires weighing 50–75+ lbs repeatedly

 Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment when required

Vehicle & Safety Compliance

 Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels

 Report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately

 Follow warehouse and workplace safety guidelines

 Adhere to company policies and procedures

Working Conditions: Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures.

 Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying.

 Occasional overtime may be required during peak seasons.

 Support team operations and complete other responsibilities as required. All Warehouse Associates are expected to uphold high standards of teamwork and meet the outlined expectations within the warehouse environment.
