Senior Customer Support Coordinator

Pay Range: $53,000-56,000

Schedule:

- Friday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Other 3 days: Day shift

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Coordinator to lead our front-line service operations. This role is the vital link between our customers, sales, and logistics teams, ensuring high-volume orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will manage complex accounts, resolve service escalations, and mentor junior team members to maintain our reputation for operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

- Oversee the end-to-end processing of customer orders and adjustments to ensure 100% delivery accuracy.
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to synchronize workflows.
- Monitor key accounts and resolve discrepancies, shortages, or service failures with urgency.
- Provide expert solutions for complex service issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and functional leadership to Customer Support Coordinators,



including prioritizing workloads, coordinating coverage, supporting training, and resolving escalated issues.
- Identify bottlenecks in communication or workflows and implement enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Maintain precise account documentation and prepare performance summaries to support data-driven decisions.

What You Bring

Must-haves:

- 3–5 years of experience in customer support, logistics coordination, or account management in a fast-paced setting.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience with order management systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional communication between warehouse, transport, and sales departments.
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of service issues and implement corrective actions.

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience in the produce or perishable goods industry.
- Familiarity with DSD (Direct Store Delivery) sales accounts and logistics.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring or training junior staff members.

This position does not require Canadian experience beyond the skills and qualifications listed above.

Work Environment

- Office-based role requiring prolonged computer use and multitasking.
- Fast-paced, high-volume setting with time-sensitive reporting requirements.
- Standard business hours with flexibility for overtime during peak seasons or urgent service needs.




- Minimal travel may be required for site visits or team meetings.
