Responsibilities:

- Install commercial aluminum windows, doors, storefronts, and curtain wall systems according to blueprints and specifications
- Read and interpret shop drawings, installation instructions, and work orders
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure installations meet building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades
- Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment as required
- Complete job reports and checklists accurately

Requirements:

- 2+ years experience in commercial window and door installation preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
- Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding or lifts




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Excellent time management and communication skills

Assets:

- Experience with curtain wall and structural glazing systems
- Certification in Working at Heights, WHMIS, or other safety training
- Experience with caulking, waterproofing, or aluminum framing systems

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
