Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team at our gravel, asphalt and concrete crushing and asphalt plant facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a front-end loader to move, load, and feed materials to support daily plant operations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced equipment operator who is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production workplace. Your expertise will help ensure the efficient operation of our gravel processing and asphalt production activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a front-end loader to load materials into trucks, stockpiles, or designated processing areas.
- Feed crushers, screeners or asphalt plant systems with aggregate materials as required.
- Safely maneuver equipment while maintaining awareness of surrounding personnel, vehicles, and site hazards.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Monitor material flow to prevent overloading, spillage, or operational interruptions.
- Follow loading plans and direction from supervisors and plant operators.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of debris and waste materials.
- Work closely with truck drivers, plant operators, and other equipment operators to maintain efficient production.




- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating a front-end loader, preferably in a gravel crushing, aggregate, or asphalt plant environment.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in a production setting.
- Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and long operating shifts when required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience on Excavators welcomed.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $29.00-$36.00 per hour
