Position Summary
Pride Mobility is seeking an Area Sales Manager – Rehab Mobility & Accessibility Equipment to support and grow sales throughout British Columbia.
This role is ideal for a kinesiologist, rehabilitation assistant, occupational therapist assistant, physical therapist assistant, or clinically minded professional who enjoys education, relationship-building, problem-solving, and helping people access mobility solutions.
The Area Sales Manager will grow sales and market share for Pride, Quantum Rehab, and Stealth Products through customer support, product education, business development, strategic account planning, and strong relationship management within an assigned geographical area and account base.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed revenue goals and sales quotas within an assigned geographical area and account base.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, clinicians, rehab professionals, and other key customers.
- Conduct effective business meetings, product training sessions, and in-service presentations.
- Educate customers on Pride, Quantum Rehab, and Stealth Products solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Pride Account Executives and Quantum Sales, to enhance the customer experience.
- Share insights and create strategic action plans to maximize sales within the assigned territory.
- Identify and capitalize on Unrealized Sales Opportunities across all business lines.
- Develop a strategic travel and call rotation to maintain consistent customer contact.
- Provide ongoing feedback on competitor products, market trends, customer needs,
and Pride/Quantum/Stealth product performance.
- Support new product development and product redesign by sharing field-based customer and clinician feedback.
- Provide ongoing feedback and best practices through the Pride “Speak Up” platform.
- Demonstrate and troubleshoot products as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations.
- Develop goals and objectives, measure outcomes, and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met.
- Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and demonstrate sound business judgment.
- Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed.
- Promptly report any accidents, incidents, or injuries to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Abilities
Candidates must be able to:

- Demonstrate and troubleshoot mobility and rehab equipment.
- Work with multiple departments as part of a cross-functional team.
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Travel overnight as required.
- Drive extensively throughout the assigned territory.
- Fulfill after-hours requirements when business needs dictate.
- Transport demonstration equipment.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.
- A valid driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout British Columbia.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and training skills.
- Strong web navigation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including email and calendar management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Intermediate mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills.
- A solid drive to achieve goals, improve performance, and pursue continuous growth.
Preferred Experience
- More than 2 years of mobility equipment sales experience.
- Experience working with rehabilitation, accessibility, medical equipment, or complex rehab technology.
- Experience working with clinicians, dealers, therapists, kinesiologists, rehab assistants, or health-care professionals.
- Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation.
Required Education
- Degree in a health-care-related field;
or
- High school diploma or GED with significant tenure and required experience.
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-care-related field.
- Kinesiology, human kinetics, rehabilitation assistant, occupational therapist assistant, physical therapist assistant, or related education is considered an asset.

Competitive compensation package to be determined based on the applicant’s level of experience.
