Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing | SAP/ERP)

Location: Georgetown, ON (100% On-site)
Pay: $22–$25/hour (based on experience)

About the Prospect

Trillium HR Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a well-established manufacturing company in Georgetown, ON.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing customer service, order management, or sales support who is comfortable working in SAP or another ERP system. You'll manage customer orders from quote to shipment while partnering closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, Shipping, and Finance.

What You'll Do

- Process customer purchase orders, quotations, and order changes using SAP/ERP.
- Manage customer orders from entry through production and shipment.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, lead times, pricing, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Shipping, and Finance to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Review purchase orders, pricing, and product requirements for accuracy before processing.
- Monitor open orders, expedite urgent requests, and communicate production or shipment updates.
- Process invoices, customer credits, payments, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation within ERP and document management systems.




- Assist in resolving order discrepancies while providing excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of customer service, order management, or sales support experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using an ERP/MRP system (SAP preferred).
- Experience processing purchase orders, sales orders, quotations, and order changes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP experience.
- Experience working with custom or engineered products.
- Experience supporting Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
- Experience in plastics, industrial manufacturing, automotive, machinery, or similar industries.

Important Requirements

- This is a 100% on-site position in Georgetown, ON.
- Reliable transportation is required, as the location is not accessible by public transit.
