Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and upselling items such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories.
- Conduct product demos for new merchandise or promotional items to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, shelves, and convenience store to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Manage inventory levels through merchandising activities and report low-stock items promptly.




- Use technology sales techniques to promote store offerings and assist customers with basic product information.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including phone etiquette during communication and proper time management during shifts.

Requirements

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; experience in technology sales or product demos is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising practices preferred.
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of products can enhance your ability to upsell effectively.
- Multilingual skills are considered an asset for engaging with a broader range of customers.
