About Creative Repairs

Creative Repairs specializes in high-quality multi-surface repairs for residential and commercial clients. We work with new home builders, contractors, and homeowners to restore damaged surfaces rather than replace them.

Our work includes repairing and refinishing bathtubs, shower surrounds, vinyl and metal window jambs, countertops, and other surfaces.

If you have experience in auto body repair, automotive refinishing, painting, sanding, body filler, surface preparation, or similar hands-on work, your skills can transfer extremely well to what we do.

We’re a small, growing company that takes pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and leaving every job looking like new.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare damaged surfaces for repair, including cleaning and surface preparation
- Repair and refinish bathtubs, shower surrounds, vinyl window jambs and other surfaces
- Perform sanding, filling, feathering, masking, priming and painting/refinishing
- Assess damage and determine the best approach for each repair
- Match finishes and colours as required
- Use hand and power tools to complete repairs
- Complete jobs independently while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Work directly in homes, new construction sites and commercial locations
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders and contractors
- Take photos and document completed work
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a valuable eye for detail.

Experience in any of the following is an asset:

- Auto body repair
- Automotive painting/refinishing




- Body filler and finishing
- Sanding and surface preparation
- Painting
- Fiberglass or plastic repair
- Construction finishing
- Restoration or refinishing
- General trades or hands-on repair work

You do not need previous bathtub or window repair experience. We provide paid training and will teach you our specific repair techniques.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional and comfortable interacting with customers and builders
- Comfortable working in different job-site environments
- Willing to learn and take pride in developing a specialized skill

Requirements

- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable transportation to various job sites
- Ability to work during daytime hours
- Ability to work approximately 30+ hours a week
- Previous hands-on repair, finishing, painting or trade experience is preferred

What We Offer

- $21 - $26 per hour, depending on experience
- 4% vacation pay paid on each cheque
