We are a team of mental health professionals who work with adults and couples. We provide evidence-based psychotherapy treatment, psychodiagnostic and psychosocial assessments to the community, first responders, veterans and military personnel.

Treatment approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and trauma-focused therapy such as Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience providing care to adults, adolescents and/or children with a range of clinical needs including PTSD, depression and anxiety, to join our team.

Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Psychology or doctoral level associates nearing completion of their degree
- Registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) to provide autonomous or supervised practice as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
- History of building solid, collaborative and empathic therapeutic relationships with adults from diverse backgrounds




- Ability to assess clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, values and goals
- Experience in providing evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, EFT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy)
- Experience in conducting psychodiagnostic assessments
- Interest in working with first responders, veterans and/or military personnel is an asset

Responsibilities:

- Provide care to adults with a range of clinical needs such as PTSD, depression and anxiety
- Attend periodic meetings to consult about client care, to support excellence, and to support clinical and professional development
- Create and maintain clinical documentation (e.g., reports, notes)
