Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Working Foreman/woman to lead construction teams and oversee daily site operations. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate subcontractors, supervise work crews, and ensure adherence to project plans and schematics. Your proactive approach and construction expertise will drive project success while maintaining a protected and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide on-site activities.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track progress, manage schedules, and update project documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Manage site safety protocols, enforce safety policies, and conduct regular safety meetings with team members.




- Oversee budgeting tasks related to labor, materials, and equipment usage while maintaining cost control measures.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in large Multi-Family construction projects or similar environments.
- Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of building processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools.
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and construction estimating practices.
- Demonstrated skills in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management within a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a secure job site.

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
