Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various equipment safely and efficiently.

Duties

- Pack products securely for shipping, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Utilize our software system Odoo to track inventory and manage orders effectively.
- Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer requests accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in packing or shipping roles.




- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Experience with order picking processes and shipping/receiving operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems is beneficial for tracking inventory efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in packing processes.

This will be 6 month contract position.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
