Part or Full Time Spa Receptionist
Mountain Oasis Spa & Tanning – Canmore, AB

Mountain Oasis Spa & Tanning is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a welcoming environment, loves connecting with people, and enjoys being part of a growing, supportive team.

This position can be part time (Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-6pm) or Full Time (Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm)

What You’ll Do:

- Greet clients with a friendly, professional, and welcoming presence
- Manage bookings, appointments, and client inquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Promote spa services, retail products, and current promotions
- Support the daily flow of the spa, ensuring a clean, calm, and organized front desk area
- Work closely with service providers and management to create a seamless client experience
- Open & Close the spa
- Key Holder
- Cash Handling
- Manage tanning client accounts by adjusting minutes, setting minutes, cleaning & disinfecting tanning bed/booth
- Spray Tanning (if comfortable, training provided)

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong, confident customer service skills with a natural ability to make people feel comfortable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills




- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a quick-paced environment
- Ability to stay focused and busy during down time
- Experience in reception, hospitality, or spa settings is an asset (but not required)
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Familiar and confident creating social media content (asset but not required)
- Familiar using Canva (asset but not required)
- ProServe Certification (not required upon hiring but will be needed. We are happy to cover the costs if needed)
- Availability Fridays and Saturdays 10-6 with potential to pick up other shifts as needed
