We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to join our growing team. In 2026, we have existing and recent projects across Canada, and this role offers the opportunity to lead high-performing field teams while contributing to connecting Canadians.

Job Duties

- Lead multi-functional field technician teams to execute complex telecommunications projects safely and efficiently
- Drive operational success across concurrent project sites
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project's lifecycle
- Streamline project administration, reporting, and documentation
- Build a trust-based leadership style that sustains long-term team performance and retention
- Ensure crews adhere to safety protocols on site, including work at heights and confined space entry
- Perform other duties as requested

Aside from having attributes aligned with our core values, one essential "must-have" is your ability to travel. WP Telectronics has projects across Canada, and this role requires 100% willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications (required)
- Fluent English (required)
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (Class G) (required)
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 60m)
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- Clean criminal record check (no convictions for which a pardon has not been received)
- Willingness to travel 100% (required)

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
