Physiotherapist — Milton | Family-Run Clinic, Full Clinical Autonomy

Milton Physio Plus is a practitioner-owned clinic inside the medical building at 400 Bronte St. South. We're not a corporate chain and we're not trying to become one. The owners are clinicians. Decisions get made in the hallway, not by a regional manager.

We're looking for one physiotherapist to join the team, 2–4 days a week to start.

What's actually different here

You treat how you think is right. No mandated protocols, no visit quotas, no being told to book someone three times a week when twice is enough. You assess, you decide, you treat. That's it.

The referrals come to you. We're in a medical building with family physicians and specialists upstairs, and we've spent years building those relationships. You're not cold-starting a caseload.

Admin handles admin. Scheduling, billing, insurance coordination, MVA and WSIB paperwork, patient flow — our front desk team owns all of it. You do notes and you go home.

Real colleagues. Chiros, RMTs, TCM, and pelvic health under one roof. Ask a question, get an answer from someone standing three feet away.

Compensation: Hourly based on experience

The caseload

Outpatient ortho — low back and neck, shoulders,



knees, hips, ankles, sports injuries, post-op rehab, workplace and MVA cases, and the complex chronic presentations that need someone who'll actually think about them.

You'd be a good fit if you're

- Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Comfortable with manual therapy and active rehab
- Someone who likes having autonomy and doesn't need a protocol to lean on
- Interested in being part of a team rather than renting a room

Acupuncture, dry needling, concussion rehab, MVA/WSIB experience, or pelvic health are bonuses, not requirements.
