About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Turnaround Scheduler to lead the planning and coordination of maintenance and shutdown activities within an industrial processing facility. This role is vital in ensuring that turnaround projects are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge of industrial systems, and work closely with operations, engineering, and project teams to develop and maintain a detailed turnaround schedule aligned with project timelines, work packages, and resourcing requirements. Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive turnaround schedules by coordinating with maintenance, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align activities and resources.
- Monitor project progress continuously, adjusting schedules proactively to address delays or unforeseen issues.
- Establish logic ties and critical path across all work scopes




- Coordinate schedule development and review meetings with client and contractor teams
- Perform schedule levelling and resource loading to optimize turnaround duration
- Identify and communicate scheduling risks and support mitigation planning
- Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to ensure all safety protocols are integrated into the planning process.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels in English to ensure transparency of project timelines and expectations.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of scheduling experience
- PMP or similar certification is a strong asset
- Direct experience with turnaround scheduling and planning is a strong asset
- Proven experience in industrial or processing environments (oil & gas, refining, mining, processing, or industrial construction).
- Expertise in project management principles, including scheduling techniques and resource allocation
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Strong management and leadership ability
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with site and contractor teams
- Ability to work in office in Regina, SK throughout the work week

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
