Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity

We are currently hiring General Labour / Machine Operators to join a paint brush manufacturing plant in Erin, Ontario.

This is a long-term opportunity for candidates who are looking for stable, ongoing employment. The position involves working on the production floor, performing general labour duties, and operating manufacturing machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist with the production and assembly of paint brushes
- Load and feed materials into machines
- Monitor machines during production and report any issues
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Sort, pack, and organize finished products
- Move materials and finished products within the facility
- Perform repetitive production tasks as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Perform other general labour and production duties as assigned

Requirements

- Previous manufacturing, machine operating,



or warehouse experience is an asset
- Comfortable learning and operating production machinery
- Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Looking for candidates interested in long-term employment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes/boots required
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

** Transportation Requirement**

Reliable transportation is required.

There is no public transportation/bus service available to the facility. Candidates must either:

- Have their own reliable vehicle, or
- Live in Erin and have a reliable way to commute to and from work.
