Company Overview Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services was born from the vision that a transparent, honest approach was needed in the commercial fire protection space. Our team builds value through custom approaches tailored to individual client needs. We execute these strategies through pro-activity, deep experience, and a conscious recognition of the importance of the life safety services we provide.
Role Summary We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our Whitby team. You will ensure our projects meet safety standards and client expectations while aligning with our mission of transparency and personalized service.
Mandatory Requirements

Your Impact
- Project Leadership: Spearhead approximately 15–20 active fire and sprinkler projects from initial site visits to final sign-offs.
- Site & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to verify "as-built" accuracy, audit technician progress, and ensure work is completed "as per drawing."
- Operational Bridge: Act as the vital link between field operations and the office, reporting directly to the Executive Director and Director of Operations to meet weekly KPIs.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, material procurement, and progress billing to ensure project profitability.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience).
- Perks: Company vehicle or gas allowance provided for site travel; full health and dental benefits after 3 months.
