Overview
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining industrial machinery and equipment using cranes, levels, hand and power tools. Prior experience in moving, assembling, installing and dismantling machinery. They will be able to analyzes plans for new equipment and maps out space to assemble new equipment while ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify faults, and perform repairs, often under time constraints.
- Install new machinery and mechanical systems based on blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Perform preventative maintenance and make adjustments to ensure equipment is aligned and calibrated.
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals to determine the proper installation or maintenance procedures.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly aligned and calibrated for optimal performance.




- Overhaul or modify existing machinery to enhance performance or extend its operational life.
- Plan and schedule Machine Down Time to aid repairs.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work, equipment status, and repair logs.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Journeyperson certificate Prefered
- 3-5 years of relative experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
